Acube Innovations is seeking an experienced Senior ERPNext Developer to lead ERPNext implementation and customization projects across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in the Frappe Framework, deep functional understanding of ERPNext modules, and proven experience in delivering scalable ERP solutions.
As part of our core ERP team, you will play a key role in designing architecture, mentoring junior developers, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure successful end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute ERPNext customization, module development, and integrations based on business requirements.
- Design and implement custom apps, Doctypes, workflows, reports, and dashboards within the Frappe Framework.
- Translate client needs into technical solutions while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Integrate ERPNext with external systems using REST APIs, webhooks, or third-party services.
- Participate in and lead requirement analysis, architecture planning, and solution design.
- Oversee data migration, deployment, and environment setup (development, staging, production).
- Collaborate with project managers and functional consultants to define project scope and timelines.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior developers.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and deployment best practices.
- Contribute to ongoing innovation by exploring and implementing new features and technologies within ERPNext.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven experience in ERPNext / Frappe Framework development.
- Strong command of Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and Jinja templating.
- Expertise in ERPNext architecture, including hooks, API design, and backend logic.
- Hands-on experience in custom app development, data migration, and system deployment.
- Deep understanding of ERPNext functional areas — Accounting, HR, Payroll, CRM, Projects, Manufacturing, and Inventory.
- Experience working with bench, Git version control, and Linux server environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps workflows, scheduling, and backup management.
- Strong problem-solving ability and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Preferred: Experience integrating ERPNext with mobile apps, third-party APIs, or payment gateways.
